Oak trees line each fairway. The trees are spaced, golfers hitting into the trees usually can find clearance for a second shot. There are not any water hazards on the course and less than ten sand bunkers along the fairways. Bunkers really only come into play on one hole. Most of the greens have plenty of room for golfers to land approach or tee shots. The greens are fast surfaces without undulations.
The course is a 9 hole par 3 course with hole lengths from 100 yards to 201 yards. Men and women share the same tee boxes. The course plays to a 9-hole distance of 1,292 yards.
